School Outreach in Northeastern Cambodia

1–2 minutes

On February 16, 2025, Don Bosco Technical School Kep Province sent a staff member and an indigenous student to promote the school in several provinces in northeastern Cambodia.

The main objective of this outreach was to visit remote areas, particularly those with a high population of indigenous students, and introduce them to the educational opportunities at Don Bosco Technical School. To achieve this, we visited high schools and met with all Grade 12 students. Our program included a 15-minute video presentation about our school, an explanation of our vision and mission, and the distribution of informational leaflets for further details.

Teacher Nhil vy, representing Don Bosco Technical School Kep Province, spoke to the students about the benefits of technical education, the opportunities available at our school, and Don Bosco’s mission to empower young people for a brighter future.

As part of this initiative, we visited six provinces: Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri, Oddar Meanchey, Stung Treng, and Siem Reap, reaching a significant number of Grade 12 students.
