Kep Cambodia, March 8, 2025 – Don Bosco Cambodia marked International Women’s Day with a series of inspiring activities aimed at empowering young women and recognizing their contributions to society.
The event, held at various Don Bosco centers across the country, featured workshops, panel discussions, and cultural performances highlighting the importance of gender equality and women’s leadership. Female students and staff shared their personal stories of overcoming challenges, while guest speakers from different sectors encouraged young women to pursue their dreams with confidence.
Students also participated in debates, art exhibitions, and social campaigns promoting respect and equality. The celebrations concluded with a symbolic gesture—planting trees as a sign of growth and sustainability, reflecting the vital role of women in shaping a better world.
