The workshop program on stress management for youth

1–2 minutes

Kep – On April 24, 2025, teachers, Brother Surya’s group, and students of the Don Bosco Technical School of Kep Province participated in a special workshop on stress management. The workshop was led by Ms. Long Sreythen from the Bambino Gesù NGO based in Kampot Province.

The program aimed to help youth and students understand how to manage pressure, emotions, and daily life challenges. It focused on building mental resilience, self-confidence, and using positive strategies to cope in their personal lives.

During the workshop, participants learned about various practical techniques to help them face pressures, which they can apply in school, the workplace, and their daily lives. Furthermore, students also participated in direct activities focused on self-awareness, emotional management, and the development of mental capacity through “mindfulness meditation” techniques.

Ms. Long Sreythen emphasized the value of mental health and encouraged young people to be brave in talking about their feelings and seeking help when they feel stressed or need support for mental health issues. This program demonstrated a continued commitment to supporting the mental development and creating a strong future generation of youth.

Finally, Don Bosco Technical School of Kep Province would like to express its deepest gratitude to Ms. Long Sreythen for her dedication of time and sharing valuable knowledge in promoting the mental well-being of young people. written by : Rith Soton
