On the morning of May 23, 2025, Don Bosco Technical School Kep Province held a graduation ceremony to award advanced technical diplomas to 272 students who successfully completed their studies as part of the 9th cohort for the academic years 2021–2023.
The ceremony took place at Don Bosco Technical School, located in Phum Thmey, Sangkat PreyThom, Kep City, Kep Province.
The graduation ceremony was attended by Mr. Im Panyarith, Deputy Governor of Kep Province, representing His Excellency Dr. Som Piseth, Governor of the Kep Provincial Administration. Also present were Father Ly Samnang, the school chaplain, Mr. Sen Ra, the school director, along with heads of departments, officials from various provincial units, teachers, and many students from Don Bosco Technical School Kep.
Mr. Sen Ra, the Director of Don Bosco Technical School Kep, stated that the school has already trained and graduated eight cohorts with a total of 1,300 students, of whom 603 are female. The 9th cohort adds an additional 272 graduates.
According to Director Sen Ra, Don Bosco Technical School Kep currently has a total of 40 staff members, including 15 women, and 509 students—109 of whom are female—who are continuing their studies in various technical fields. Of the graduates from the school, 95% have gone on to work in both public and private institutions, while some have even started their own businesses.
