Feast of Mary Help of Christians at Don Bosco Technical School Kep Province

1–2 minutes

On the evening of May 24, 2025, Don Bosco Technical School Kep Province held a commemorative celebration for Mary Help of Christians. The event was graced by the honorable presence of Bishop Simon Pope, Father Ly Samnang (the rector), teachers, staff, and all students.

As part of the celebration, a Eucharistic ceremony was organized and led by Bishop Simon Pope and Father Ly Samnang. The purpose of the Eucharistic celebration was to spiritually guide and encourage everyone to live by good example and foster inner peace.

Mary is the Mother of Jesus Christ and the Mother of us all. In times of sorrow, we can pray and ask for the intercession of Mary, our Help of Christians, to assist and support us. We may also entrust our families to her protection so that they may live in peace and be kept safe from harm.

It should be noted that this feast is celebrated annually in all Don Bosco institutions around the world to express gratitude to Mary Help of Christians, who continually helped Don Bosco in fulfilling his mission during his lifetime.

The program concluded with a procession of the statue of Mary Help of Christians around the campus of Don Bosco Technical School Kep, accompanied by prayers and written petitions expressing the personal intentions of the participants offered to Mary Help of Christians.
