On June 3, 2025, Father Kong Somony, who was recently appointed, paid an official visit to Don Bosco Technical and Hotel School in Preah Sihanouk Province. The purpose of the visit was to learn about the implementation of the vocational training programs, the operations of the technical and hospitality departments, as well as the skills training provided to students.

During the occasion, Father Kong Somony and conversed with the school management team, the principal, teachers, and students to encourage the students to strive in their studies and contribute to society through the skills they are acquiring. He also observed classroom activities, including practical skill training and hands-on exercises.

Father Kong Somony praised the school’s development and the community’s active involvement in supporting the interests and aspirations of the youth in Preah Sihanouk Province.
