The Salesians of Don Bosco (SDBs) in Cambodia are gathered in Phnom Penh for a formation workshop aimed at strengthening their educational and administrative mission in service of young people.

On the first day of the workshop, participants engaged in key topics essential for institutional development and long-term sustainability, including:

• Youth empowerment and social development initiatives
• Introduction to tax compliance
• Key aspects of withholding tax
• Salary management, benefits, and administrative responsibilities

This formation initiative provides an important space to reinforce responsibility, transparency, and commitment. Through improved management practices and shared learning, the Salesians continue to strengthen their service and dedication to the Salesian mission in Cambodia.
